Made of 1 inch heavy-duty nylon webbing with hook loop closure, and 360 degree rotating plastic hook. Fits up to 2.25 inch belt by hook loop belt loop. PAL  or MOLLE.
Strap over length 9 inch, effective length 7 inch, designed to carry gloves and make them safe but accessible and east to stow away.
